1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using parcelflow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
parcelflow provides intra-city parcel delivery services within Tanzanian cities. We connect senders with verified couriers for same-day or next-day delivery.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Booking a Delivery
When you book a delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses
- Describe the parcel contents truthfully
- Package items appropriately for transport
- Pay the quoted price at the time of booking
5. Prohibited Items
You may not send items that are illegal, dangerous, perishable, or exceed our size and weight limits. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment.
6. Declared Value Protection
parcelflow offers declared-value protection up to the maximum amount specified at booking. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booking before a courier is assigned for a full refund. After assignment, a cancellation fee may apply.
8. Pricing
All prices are quoted upfront before booking. Final price matches the quote. No hidden fees, no surcharges.
9. Limitation of Liability
parcelflow's liability is limited to the declared value of the parcel. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
